Until one fateful day when he and Arc wandered into Rising Tide Records, an event that would forever change Sin's outlook on music.  The store was run by a young couple who had a passion for music, especially DIY (Do It Yourself) punk.  Paying $5 to see as many bands was an offer he simply could not refuse.  Blown away by a screamo/hardcore/post-hardcore show, Sin's focus shifted on getting these kids the attention they deserved.  This also posed an interesting challenge.  Sin preferred other types of music and the mainstream seemed to not want to pay attention.

As for Arc on the other hand, he had listened to a diverse grouping of music from the time he was young enough to understand it. He was immersed in country, rap, classic rock, oldies, classical and just about anything else you could think of. It wasn't until some years later that he realized that he had a passion for rock music. But his passion led him far above normal rock into almost all different genres of rock, his favorite being opera rock/metal. Around this time in his life Arc met Sin and the were inseparable for the music bound them together. Both of them played an instrument and always hung out growing closer to the point of eventually becoming "brothers". Arc and Sin strove for helping the unheard music swim to the surface and make a break through while only dabbling in their own sounds. Then Arc left for the military vowing to not let anything stop him from his musical break outs. So until this day Sin and Arc still work for the greater good of small band recognition.
